Carly Tagen-Dye is a writer and editor. Her nonfiction has appeared in PEOPLE Magazine, NY Press, Latinx in Publishing, and Alma, among other outlets. She has previously done editorial work for The Brooklyn Rail, 826NYC and Patchwork Literary Magazine. She is the co-editor of Between Two Worlds (Entre Dos Mundos), an anthology of writing and art by Guatemalan adoptees, published in collaboration with Maya America Journal. Her novel, All That You Can See, was a finalist for CRAFT's 2022 First Chapters Prize, judged by author Maisy Card.
Carly earned her BFA in writing from Pratt Institute in 2022. She currently lives in New York City and writes about books for PEOPLE Magazine.
